Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing

This notice explains how personal data is collected, used, protected and processed for users of https://radioeverest.it/ and people interacting with our services by online form or direct email. Processing follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Italian law.

A Data Protection Officer has not been appointed, as it is not mandatory for the current nature and scale of processing.

2. Data categories

We may process contact form data, direct email data, navigation and listening data, cookies and Mastering Everest data such as email, necessary billing data, plan or licence, activation status, support requests, deactivation or transfer requests and minimum technical identifiers needed to manage activation on one compatible Windows desktop device at a time. For Stripe payments, Radio Everest may receive payment outcome, amount, currency, date, transaction ID, buyer email and necessary billing data, but does not store full card number or CVV.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to manage music proposals, provide browsing and streaming, comply with legal obligations, protect security and prevent spam, produce analytics with consent, manage Mastering Everest download, trial, purchase, activation, licence verification, support, deactivation and transfer, and handle payments, billing and post-sale support. Legal bases include contract or pre-contractual steps, legal obligation, consent where required and legitimate interest.

4. Processing methods, analytics and payments

Processing is carried out with IT tools. Music files are stored in a private non-public area, renamed with random identifiers, checked for audio format and antivirus, and made available only to authorized personnel. The site may use Google Analytics 4 with consent mode and Google reCAPTCHA v3 for security.

Mastering Everest licence data may be processed to verify purchase, associate the licence with one compatible Windows device at a time, allow deactivation and transfer, provide support and prevent unauthorized use. Technical identifiers are limited to licence management and are not used for advertising. Online payments are managed through Stripe, which may process payment, fraud prevention, security and compliance data according to its own notices.

5. Recipients, transfers and retention

Personal data is not sold or publicly disclosed. It may be accessible to IT, hosting, CDN/protection, reCAPTCHA, Analytics with consent, Telegram/Discord operational notifications, streaming platform, licence management, technical support, Stripe and authorities where required by law. Some providers may process data outside the EEA using GDPR safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other permitted mechanisms.

Music proposal data is retained for no more than 24 months unless rights protection or collaboration requires otherwise. Purchase, payment, licence, activation, deactivation, transfer, billing and support data is retained as needed for the contract, tax/accounting duties and rights protection. Logs are kept for technical security time.

6. Copyright material and data subject rights

Submitting music material does not create an obligation to listen, review or broadcast it. The sender declares that they hold the necessary rights and agrees to hold DI GIOIA ANTONIO harmless from third-party claims.

Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR, you may request access, copy, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority at www.garanteprivacy.it. To exercise rights, email info@radioeverest.it.

7. Updates and local version

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. This local version is provided for easier understanding; if interpretation differs, the Italian version prevails where allowed by applicable law.
