Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of radioeverest.it, the Radio Everest stream, contact forms and services related to Mastering Everest.

2. Use of the site and streaming

You may browse the site, listen to the radio stream and consult published content for personal and lawful purposes. Unlawful activity, unauthorized access, aggressive scraping, malicious content or attempts to compromise the systems are prohibited.

3. Music submissions

Submitting tracks by form or email is voluntary and does not create any obligation for Radio Everest to publish, review, broadcast or reply. Anyone submitting material declares that they hold the necessary rights and accepts the Music Release.

4. Mastering Everest licence

Mastering Everest is Windows desktop software for audio conversion, controlled mastering, more consistent volume, export and A/B comparison. Purchasing a licence grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited right to use the software according to the plan, duration and conditions shown at checkout. The licence is valid for one compatible Windows desktop device at a time.

You may deactivate the licence on one device and transfer it to another compatible Windows device, within the technical procedures provided by the software or support. The licence may not be used simultaneously on multiple devices unless the purchased plan expressly states otherwise. Resale, sharing, assignment, sublicensing, distribution or bypassing activation, use limits, deactivation or technical controls is prohibited unless written permission is granted.

5. Payments, prices and refunds

Purchases, licences, subscriptions or payments related to Mastering Everest are shown before payment confirmation, with price, currency, taxes and specific conditions. Online payments are processed through Stripe. Radio Everest does not store the full card number, CVV or complete payment instrument details.

Stripe may process data needed for payment, fraud prevention, security and compliance under its own terms and privacy notices. Radio Everest receives only the information needed to confirm payment, manage the licence, issue commercial documents where required and provide support. For digital products, downloads or services already started, withdrawal or refund rights may be limited where allowed by law.

6. Intellectual property, liability and applicable law

Trademarks, text, graphics, code, design, images, software and site content belong to their respective owners or are licensed for use. Within the limits allowed by law, Radio Everest does not guarantee continuous availability, absence of errors or that Mastering Everest is suitable for every professional need.

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law.

7. Privacy, cookies and updates

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Cookies are described in the Cookie Policy. These terms may be updated at any time. This local version is provided for easier understanding; if interpretation differs, the Italian version prevails where allowed by applicable law.
